How did Notino manage to reduce overstocking using Quant?
One of our long-standing customers is Notino, the largest specialist online beauty retailer in Europe, which deployed Quant in 2020 for space planning and category management.
During the QuantCON conference, we asked Markéta Vojáčková from Notino what the biggest benefits have been after implementing Quant and how they manage to open new stores using Quant.
Thanks to the introduction of planograms and the optimization of store layouts, we were able to unify the assortment on display and reduce the overstock of stores by 30%. Quant also helped us to significantly reduce the time needed to open new stores.

One of the standard tools used at Notino is the Quant web interface, which is accessible to each store and is used to communicate with stores through chats and, in particular, to publish planograms and their subsequent implementation, including the attachment of a real photo of the implementation.
In the future, Notino plans to link the stores even more closely to the Quant web in order to facilitate the search for individual items as a tool for the end customer.
