MAXI supermarkets are using Quant for category management
MAXI supermarket chain operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has chosen Quant software for more efficient category management to help them make the most of the data available and minimise the time spent on planning their stores.
MAXI will soon open its largest market, its tenth, on an area of 2,500 m². By analysing space and sales shares, they can optimise the distribution of categories in the floor plan. Quant's ABC analysis help to select the right assortment based on the historical sales of other stores and the planograms will make the initial product display quicker and easier.
