Sales Fluctuations Notification
The Sales Fluctuations notification informs of fluctuations in the sales of products.
This notification is based on the analysis having the same name that can be found in Quant in the Analysis – Sales Fluctuations menu.
The Sales Fluctuations Notification can be set in the Notification – Sales Fluctuations tab.
Via this notification you can inform the stores of products with recent fluctuating sales. The reason of fluctuating sales can be the fact that the store does not have the products on display and therefore their sales have dropped to zero recently. The notification will inform the store of the respective products and the store then can check whether the products are displayed.

Criteria
Delay Between Same Product Notification
The number set in this attribute represents the number of days on which the same product will not be repeated in the notification.
- If the delay is set to 0, the same product can be repeated in the notification every hour and every day.
- If the delay is set at 1, the same product will not be repeated until the next day after the notification with this product was sent. This means that the same product will not appear in the notification on the same day if the notification is sent several times a day.
- If the delay is set at 2, the same product will not appear either on the same day (if the notification is sent several times a day), or on the next day after the notification with the product was sent.
Analysis Criteria
Here you can set criteria based on which products should be evaluated as “fluctuating”. These criteria and those set in the Sales Fluctuations analysis are identical. In addition, here you can set “Days of Analyse Delay” that determines the number of days that are ignored when analysing the products. Sales data is often sent to Quant with a delay, for example every 2 days. Therefore, it is advisable to set the value at 2 in this case to make Quant ignore the 2 days that always show zero sales as the sales data is not available for the time being.
Set the analysis criteria directly in the Sales Fluctuations analysis and copy them to criteria in the notification.
