Planograms and Projects
Firstly, you must place the product into the planogram template and then it will be rendered in the planogram preview on the left. To insert products into the template you need to activate the product insertion tool. This tool can be found in the toolbar on the left, but can also be activated using the P keyboard shortcut.
If you need to add another row or column to the planogram template, use the toolbar on the left to find all the tools for working with the template.
If a product that you place into the template is crossed out, it means that it is not placed in the planogram. You can find out the reason for the non-placement by hovering over the block in the template. You will see a tooltip showing the reason for not placing the block.
A planogram template is always shared for a group of fixtures that have the same category, the same number of shelves and the same category variant. So if you are seeing the same planogram template for all fixtures, it is probably because you have not filled in any category variant for all of those fixtures.
We recommend including all stores in one project.
In most cases it is not necessary to create different projects for different categories. If all categories are in one project, you will have all planograms in one place, which increases clarity and makes your work easier.
This is probably because the store or category is not included in the project. In the Project/Stores menu you can see which stores are included in the project and in the Project/Categories menu you can see the included categories.
