Having established a strong presence in the domestic market through recent growth, which saw them more than double the number of their pharmacies, Ditë e Natë decided to seize the opportunity to realize its full potential as a major pharmacy chain by modernizing its internal operations and processes. Reaching this size inevitably introduces added complexity to areas where certain manual processes are starting to reach their limits, such as assortment planning, inventory control, and replenishment process.

By implementing Quant as a complex solution, Ditë e Natë will establish an automated, scalable core to their operations, which will enable them to effectively manage their existing pharmacy network and support their future growth.
