You can draw your stores in Quant using a built-in floor plan editor, with or without a technical plan. You will get detailed “Digital Twins” of your stores. From simple schematics of shelves and displays to detailed views of walls, doors, windows, cash desks with photos, you can design everything. Multiple versions of floor plans are supported so you don't have to redraw seasonal specifics every year. Importing store layouts directly from DWG format and uploading external 3D fixture models is also included.

You can use Quant as an effective tool for a photo documentation of sales areas. Photos can be assigned together with notes not only to the whole store but also to specific fixture. Uploading is done via intuitive Quant Web from your computer, tablet or phone. The Image Recognition feature enables automatic comparison of a planogram and its implementation photo. Built-in artificial intelligence is trained to automatically recognize products in the photo and evaluate planogram compliance in real time, providing instant feedback and results.

Product listing process is a very important step of retail management which requires a deep cooperation between suppliers, product managers and other involved parties. Quant provides complete solution for product master data management including approvals and history. You can configure which users should be involved in the listing process and what are their responsibilities. An e-mail notification can be automatically sent to each involved user to inform them about different changes in the process when you are listing a new product.

Quant offers a function for reservation of fixtures in stores. In Quant Desktop, you can simply define which fixtures are available for reservation and specify the fee. In Quant Web, the supplier can reserve a selected fixture on the stores' floor plan. The reservation process includes the selection of fixtures which should be reserved and in which stores, the time period for which the fixture is being reserved. The supplier can also specify which products should be placed in the fixture. A person in charge can then approve or reject the reservation with reasoning. Of course, there is a comprehensive overview of the reservations both in Quant Web and in Quant Desktop.
Shelf Labels

Quant includes a sophisticated system for managing of shelf labels. We have developed this system to be simple and understandable for stores staff, to save their time and printing costs. It also includes automatic detection of changes in Shelf Labels and possibility to insert notes for staff directly into SELs (equipment name, shelf position, etc.). There is also the implementation of Shelf Labels in stores report to have an overview how stores implement shelf labels.
