Quant replaced several separate systems at BENU ČR

BENU Czech Republic had been using high-quality software to create planograms for a long time. However, they lacked the ability to easily share planograms with individual pharmacies, access advanced analyses, connect to the internal ERP system, and manage store layouts, all within a single integrated platform.

Once Quant is fully integrated, we expect the main benefit to be the ability to create store specific planograms for our pharmacies and, at the same time, savings in terms of stock.

The moment the decision was made that Quant was the ideal choice to replace several standalone systems, it was clear that this would be no small feat, as the change had to take place without disrupting operations. Everything had to be planned and tested to ensure that the old systems could be shut down one day and Quant could fully replace them immediately.
