Summer Meetup 2026
This year's summer meetup took place in the beautiful mountain region and, as usual, brought a relaxed atmosphere filled with lively conversation, a plethora of ideas for improvement, and team spirit.
Even with over fifty members, our team was able to take advantage of the facilities at the Jezerka Hotel, using the conference hall for business discussions, early-evening social games, and indoor sports. Meanwhile, the hotel is set in picturesque natural surroundings, which we enjoyed exploring together during leisurely walks.
A key component of Quant Meetups is always two structured afternoon meetings focused on company strategy and future development. These sessions provide valuable opportunities for open discussion on topics critical to Quant’s long-term vision, for which there isn’t always enough time to delve into in detail during the regular workday.
Whenever we meet in person, we are reminded that seeing each other face-to-face and putting aside our computers and phones for a while helps strengthen our team and opens the door to discussions that we often don’t have time for amid our daily work responsibilities. While we appreciate the unique benefits of working fully remote, it’s clear even from our ever-growing team, that such meetups undoubtedly have a place in the future.
