Planogram Export

The created planogram can be copied as an image to the clipboard or exported to PDF, Excel (XLSX), or SVG files together with the products that are placed in it. An export of the planogram image for further use in documents or presentations is also available.

In the Planogram Editor you will find 5 buttons for exporting a planogram:

    • Copy the planogram image to the clipboard
    • Export the planogram to PDF
    • Export the planogram to an Excel (XLSX) file
    • Export the planogram to SVG
    • Export the planogram image

How to copy the planogram image?

After clicking on the Copy Image to Clipboard button, the planogram image is saved to the system clipboard. You can then paste it into desired location, for example into a document, email, or presentation.

How to export a planogram to a PDF file?

If you want to share the finished planogram with a supplier, store, or colleagues, you can export it to a PDF file.

The appearance and content of the exported PDF document can be customized in the PDF Design section, where you can define the document structure, displayed information, and visual appearance of the final file using PDF Designs.

How to export a planogram to an Excel file?

The planogram can also be exported to an Excel file, which is used for further work with data. The exported file typically contains 3 sheets: the planogram image, a list of products placed in the planogram including maximum display quantities, and a list of planogram shelves

The exported file can be further edited and filtered according to your needs, as you are used to when working with Excel files.

If you need to modify the content of the exported file and define, for example, different columns that you want to display, you can change the settings in the menu OptionsPlanogram XLSX Export Settings.
