Automatic Planogram Updates: Automatic Replacements Settings
Automatic Task for Automatic Planogram Updates
Automatic Task for Automatic Planogram Updates
By setting up an automatic task, you define, among other things, on which day and at which time Quant should perform the automatic replacement. It is also possible to configure here other functional parts of Automatic Planogram Updates, such as Real Time Updates or Reverse Replacements.
- Frequency - here you need to set when replacements should be performed.
- Real Time updates - tick this box if you want the task to keep checking every minute for any changes in Store Specific product attributes that would lead to a replacement. If such a change occurs, Quant will immediately make the replacement or implement the planned replacement and republish the planogram.
- Check Daily Planned Replacements Limits - check this box if you use the Planned Replacements feature and set a daily limit for planned replacements.
- Replace in Prepared Planograms - normally replacements are made in waiting and implemented planograms. If you want them to be made in prepared planograms, check this box.
- Implementation Time in Days - if a product in an implemented or waiting planogram needs to be replaced, a new waiting planogram with the replacement is published. Here you specify how many days the store has to implement this new planogram.

Reverse Replacements - here you set conditions for the required products that you want to get on the published planograms.
