What was your main motivation to start looking for a space planning system?

Do you remember your expectations from that time?
We expected Quant to provide a centralized method for implementing planograms across our pharmacies and to create a consistent, unitary aspect in all locations.
What were the worst obstacles? How did you succeed in overcoming them?
One of the biggest challenges was the fact that our pharmacy fixtures vary significantly across locations. This made it difficult to apply the same planogram layout everywhere.
We addressed this challenge by adopting a flexible approach to planogram implementation, allowing for necessary adjustments based on the unique layouts of each pharmacy. We ensured that while the overall structure remained consistent, individual adaptations could be made to fit different fixture configurations without compromising the unitary brand image.
How was the implementation of the system and what were the first benefits?
Despite the challenge of different fixture layouts, implementation was relatively smooth.

No, we have not tried integrating Quant with an ERP or other systems.

What are the main results of the project so far and what are your future plans and targets in the areas of space planning and category management?
So far, the main results have been:
• Better contractual relationships with producers who pay for planograms in our pharmacies.
• Improved management of planograms across all locations.
Our next objective is to expand the use of planograms to the cosmetics area, ensuring better organization and visual appeal for these products. Additionally, we aim to maximize efficiency, increase sales, and provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers by continuously optimizing our space planning strategy.
