Looking back at 2025
2025 was a great year for Quant Retail, and a milestone in many ways. We would like to share with you the highlights and most interesting results from the past year.
Record Growth
The Quant family has grown by a total of 30 new companies, while many of our existing customers have chosen to expand their partnerships with us. Consequently, the total value of long-term Quant subscriptions has increased by over 40%.
Although we have grown at a similar pace for several consecutive years, 2025 was exceptional in that some of the world’s leading retail chains chose Quant.
- Shell, the world’s largest mobility retail network
- DENNER, a network of nearly 900 supermarkets in Switzerland
- Al-Othaim Markets, a network of more than 400 supermarkets and hypermarkets in the Middle East
In 2025, Quant confirmed its position as the top choice for European pharmacy chains of all sizes by welcoming eight new chains to the Quant family. The number of pharmacies managed in Quant grew by more than 1,500.
We are delighted that the positive references and the experiences of our existing customers often played a key role in the decision to choose our solution.
New Features and Modules
The more Quant can do, and the more its features are used by our customers across various retail sectors and around the world, the more we realize just how much room for improvement there still is.
On average, we have been adding one new feature per day, and the vast majority of these are in direct response to customer feedback and real-world needs.
Towards the end of last year, we successfully completed a project that had been in progress for almost two years, focused on the seamless integration of DWG store floor plans into Quant. It is now possible to import existing technical plans into Quant with just a few clicks, and everything can be edited, analyzed and supplemented with retail-specific components directly within Quant. Linking planograms with floor plans has never been easier.
Quant Demand Planning is one of the most actively developed modules on our platform. Its integration with space planning and automatic planogram updates is unique. Over the past year, we have deployed the new QAI-2 forecasting model, which has proven effective even in the most demanding highly seasonal categories with a large number of new arrivals.
The AI-driven automatic planogram generation is a popular topic. With Quant, users can define intuitive visual rules that guarantee predictable results while offering high flexibility and the ability to fine-tune planograms down to the smallest detail. In 2025, we introduced several new product arrangement strategies and many new detailed settings. Our customers have used these to generate tens of thousands of planograms every month.
As product availability, flyer promotions or sales events change, there are constantly new reasons for changes to planograms. This is why the automatic planogram update feature is one of the most useful modules of the Quant platform. Over the past year, we were able to significantly improve this feature:
With Planned replacements, you can select a substitute for a product that is unavailable in-store but can be ordered. The planogram will only be updated once the product is back in stock.
Reverse replacements are an excellent tool for managing flyer campaigns and promotions. They allow selected products to be placed in planograms on a temporary basis.
Both reverse and standard replacements can now take sales performance into account when searching for the most suitable substitute.
Numerous improvements have also been made to our Planogram Compliance module. Together with Task Management, it enables the comprehensive management of in-store processes, the monitoring of planogram implementation and the effective communication of information to staff.
Case Studies
In 2025, five new case studies were published:
- Benu Slovakia, one of the largest pharmacy chains in Slovakia, has been using Quant since 2021 not only for unified space planning, but also for shelf label printing, task management, and store audits.
- Absolute Pets, a South African chain of nearly 200 pet supply stores has been using Quant since 2023.
- Minifarm, a Romanian network of more than 100 pharmacies, uses Quant for unified space planning.
- Saltoki, a Spanish network of more than 100 DIY stores and showrooms, uses Quant for unified space planning and shelf label printing.
- C&A Brazil uses Quant for space planning in more than 300 fashion stores.
QuantCON & Other Conferences
Our QuantCON 2025 conference broke its own record once again, and we were delighted to meet with over 10 companies that use Quant in the domestic market.
Through a series of presentations, we saw real-world examples of how our customers use Quant and specific modules. Miroslav Randáček, Merchandising & Category Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail, shared a mini-case study demonstrating how Quant is utilised within their Relay store chain. We were very pleased to see a presentation on their long-term experience of using the Space planning module as well as the results of the successful pilot of our Automatic replenishment solution and the fact that Lagardere is also utilizing one of our newest features: AI-powered review of planogram implementation photos.
Linda Michaličková, B2C Project Manager at LKQ, has been a key contributor to the success of the Quant project since its inception. In her presentation, she shared her extensive experience of using the integrated Task Management and Forms modules. These modules have enabled LKQ to create a high-quality helpdesk for their stores and enhance their planogram and store check processes.
As in previous years, we attended the Retail Summit, the largest retail conference in Central Europe. In addition to the discussions and presentations that took place at our booth, we also had the opportunity to take part in a panel discussion. Topics that were widely discussed included planogram creation in non-standardized chains with highly variable product assortments. We also discussed planogram creation using templates and rules, as well as automatic planogram updates that help to address stockouts and facilitate the introduction of new products and how to carry out quality control of planogram implementation using image recognition and import store floor plans from DWG files and subsequent redesigns directly in Quant.
In conclusion
We view last year’s record results with humility, bearing in mind that in the dynamic and highly competitive world of retail software solutions, it is essential to remain attentive to our customers and to innovate in order to continue providing solutions that deliver tangible benefits.
We continue to invest significantly in infrastructure and the security of all our systems. In the past year, we obtained ISO 27001 certification and expanded our collaboration with ESET in the areas of threat prevention and detection.
We would like to thank our customers for their trust, cooperation, and inspiration.
