Late spring is always a busy time at Quant and June has been an especially dynamic month. QuantCON was a welcome opportunity to step out of the day-to-days and connect more directly with our customers. As we move into the second half of the year, we are pleased to share a few highlights from the past two months.
New Case Study – Minifarm
Minifarm, Romanian chain of 129 pharmacies, has been a customer of ours since 2022. They initially chose Quant as a centralized system to implement planograms and ensure a uniform layout across all their locations.
The biggest space planning challenge for Minifarm was having a high variety of different fixtures across all their locations. Quant resolved this issue with ease and delivered other key benefits such as:
- Better compliance with planograms across locations.
- Reduced setup time, improving efficiency in space planning.

Dr.Max Czechia now manages product master data in Quant
At this year's QuantCON, we managed to squeeze in a short interview with Marek Tichý, Senior Data Analyst | Dr.Max, during which we discussed how Dr.Max uses one of Quant's latest modules – Product Master Data Management. This module saves Dr.Max product managers a considerable amount of time, as product their listing process is now based on product data entered directly by the supplier, and the approval process within the corporate structure is smoothly managed by Quant.
A growing number of supermarket chains place their trust in Quant
In June, Al Othaim Markets, a prominent supermarket chain operating over 400 stores in Saudi Arabia, decided to fully adopt Quant after pilot testing.

Quant Team Hosted QuantCON 2025
Among the highlights of June was QuantCON – event, which brought together leaders from various Czech and Slovak retail sectors for three days of workshops, knowledge sharing, networking and strategic conversations about future development of Quant. We have summarized the most significant moments and main impressions from the conference in a short recap.
One of the most popular presented topics was planogram automation. In his presentation, Petr Kavánek, CEO | Quant Retail, presented the main improvements and tricks for automating planogram creation using templates and rules and other features. We also hosted two customer presentations – Linda Michaličková | LKQ Czech Republic, shared her long-term experience with Quant Task Management and Miroslav Randáček | Lagardère Travel Retail, shared a mini case study on the use of Quant for Relay stores.
