This manual describes how support is provided to our customers throughout their subscription period.
In this manual, you will learn how to best report various types of requests or errors to Quant support so that communication is as effective and understandable as possible.
Here you will find a definition of Service Level Agreement that is part of the contract.
For proper operation of Quant, certain technical parameters must be met. It could be suitable hardware, internet connection or other technical conditions of the IT infrastructure. In this manual you will learn what are the minimum technical requirements for the operation of the Quant system.
From a user perspective, Quant consists of two parts: Quant Desktop and Quant Web. All data is stored on a private cloud, through which individual users and components are connected. Data transfer from your customer system to Quant and vice versa can be proceeded automatically either via our FTPS server or via Rest API.
