Publishing a Planogram
If you already have a planogram prepared and want it to be displayed to the store on the Web interface, it must be published. Planograms can be published directly in the Project Editor. In the lower section, on the Published Planograms tab, mark the planograms you want to publish in the table, then click the button to publish them to the selected lifecycle state. On the Lifecycle tab (top left), you can track the lifecycle state of the selected planogram.
- In the lower section, on the Published Planograms tab, select in the table the planograms you want to publish.
- Click the Publish as Waiting button.
- In the newly opened window, set the deadline by which the store must implement the planogram.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
Planograms are typically published to the Waiting state. This state means that the planogram is ready for implementation and the store staff has to display the products according to it by a specified date (Latest Implementation Date).
Publishing as Waiting
For more information about working with planogram states, see the Lifecycle of Planogram manual.
Quant Web
You can access the Quant Web interface via the link available in Quant under Help / Quant Web, or directly from the Dashboard.
After logging in to the Quant Web interface, the store will see fixture highlighted in red, indicating that the planogram for this fixture is in the Waiting state and therefore needs to be implemented.
Clicking the fixture in the floor plan opens the planogram preview. Once the store staff displays the products according to the planogram, they click the Confirm button and the planogram changes its status from Waiting to Implemented. The fixture will no longer be highlighted with a red arrow in the floor plan.
The detailed procedure for confirming planogram implementation can be found in the Planogram Confirmation manual.
