The fourth annual QuantCON conference has now concluded, and we would like to share our experiences, insights, and the overall feel of the event focused on collaboration and creativity.
The opening day typically includes a presentation of the latest features and innovations. Due to the significant development that has taken place over the past year, selecting just the top features was a challenging task. The 60 showcased tips covered a range of topics, including the unique feature of linking planograms directly to the floor plan, improvements in personalised PDF templates, as well as new developments in automatic planogram optimisation.
Tecfi, Italian company specializing in the design, manufacture, and distribution of fastening systems, chose Quant as their new planogramming solution.
Planograms are essential tools for retailers who want to optimize their store layout and maximize sales. An effective planogram creation process involves gathering and analysing data, creating a planogram using software, training visual merchandisers, and reviewing planogram performance regularly.
Creating a planogram is a complex process which involves factors such as the layout of a particular store or the shopping behaviour of customers. In Quant, users create planogram templates from which hundreds of store specific planograms are automatically generated.
Store specific planograms in Quant enhance the concept of sharing the same planogram within a cluster by automatically generating optimized store specific planogram for each store. Quant's artificial intelligence takes a planogram template created by a user for a given cluster and tailors it to the exact space of each store based on product sales of that store.
