Summer Meetup 2025
Teambuilding events are a unique opportunity for our team to come together in one place. In many cases, it is the first time that our team members meet each other in person. Although the importance of such events may seem trivial, our entire team works from home in different parts of the country. Some of our coworkers even work abroad in different time zones.
This summer, we visited the beautiful nature of Železné hory and enjoyed the luxurious facilities of the Hotel Jezerka. The event provided an opportunity to discuss current work topics, address future challenges, and foster team creativity. Most importantly, it allowed us to spend some informal time together. As part of our outdoor activities, we went on a hike and played beach volleyball and soccer. Indoors, we watched a Shogi tournament among our coworkers, and some of us played bowling and squash.
We were treated to a lovely concert and got to sing along to beloved campfire songs, thanks to the talented musicians among us.
We are delighted to see our team grow; Quant has almost quadrupled in size over the last five years. We strongly believe that joint activities like these foster good relationships between coworkers and create a positive corporate atmosphere, which reflects also in interactions with customers.
