Winter Meetup 2025

At the end of November, Quant team met once again for a three-day Quant Meetup at Hotel Port near Mácha Lake. We spent three wonderful days enjoying conversations, winter walks, creativity, and spending time together outside of our daily work routine.

Same as every year, we kept the Meetup programme intentionally simple so that everyone has the opportunity to chat and get to know new team members at their own pace and participate only in activities that appeal to them. A creative Christmas-themed workshop, lead by our talented graphic artist and designer Michaela, was a big hit with many of our colleagues this year. Participants made Christmas decorations out of paper and painted on glass. We spent our evenings playing board games, bowling, table tennis, badminton, and listening to music performed by our colleagues.

Breaking records in terms of participant numbers has become somewhat of a tradition. This year, however, the full auditorium during the evening debates served as a stark reminder of how much our team has grown in recent years thanks to Quant's success. We also presented several new awards to colleagues who have been with us for more than five years, as well as to Adéla Váňová, our Head of Quality, who has been doing an amazing job at our company for over ten years.

Aside from having a lot of fun, we are also taking away a lot of great ideas that will take Quant a step further in the coming months and help our retail customers around the world manage their stores even better and more efficiently.
