Criação de um planograma

You can create a planogram in the Project Editor. Quant offers several ways to create planograms - from manual creation to optimized workflows. This manual describes the basic principles and refers to detailed guides for each method.

Procedure for Creating a New Planogram in the Project Editor

After opening the project, the floor plan of the store you created will be displayed. If you already have multiple stores in the project, you can switch between their floor plans in the bottom right corner of the Store tab.

Hierarchy in the Project Editor

If you double-click a fixture in the floor plan or in the hierarchy, you will be redirected to the Planogram Preview.

How to set the number of facings placed in the planogram?

On the right side of the Project Editor, in the Component tab, you can adjust the properties of the inserted product (=block) in the planogram. In the Min Packages section, you always set the minimum number of units to be placed in width, height, and depth. In the Max Packages section, you can set the maximum possible number of units placed in width, height, or depth. Quant must respect this interval.

Setting the Min and Max Packages

After completing the adjustments, the project must be saved by clicking the Save button.

Creating a Planogram by Importing from a Table

If you have a CSV or XLSX file containing a list of products and their exact placement in the fixture, you can import it into Quant and quickly create the corresponding planogram.

Optimized Planograms

If you enable Planogram Optimization, Quant will calculate the optimal number of placed units based on the criteria you set. This ensures that the best products according to your chosen sales indicator will always be placed from the planogram template, and products with higher sales will be placed in the planogram in greater quantities than products with lower sales.

Quant also allows you to create optimized planograms using planogram rules. The rules work with selecting products by group, sorting them according to sales data, and placing them according to the available space capacity. Based on these criteria, Quant selects the most suitable products from each group and positions them in the planogram according to capacity and product performance.
