Latest Quant Features | Jan – June 2026
The development of Quant is constantly evolving, particularly through our close collaboration with customers, our flexibility, and our ability to make adjustments to meet their specific needs. Consequently, we publish up to four new release notes on a weekly basis. Below are some of the most important features and improvements that we have introduced recently.
lmplemented planogram lifecycle stages
As part of the Planogram & Store Compliance Quant module, you can upload various types of photos to document the actual in-store situation and, most importantly, the quality of the planogram implementation. In order to make the most of this data, an evaluation is required. For this purpose, we have added new follow-up statuses after planogram implementation: Approved / Disapproved / Require New Photo. You can easily track and manage everything within the Implementation Photos section. There, the statuses are displayed in the Implementation Status column. They are also displayed in other areas of Quant where it is beneficial for the intended workflow.

When this process needs to be streamlined and specific personnel need to be assigned to ensure the quality of the implementation and a new planogram photo needs to be uploaded by a fixed deadline, integration with the Task Management module offers a solution.
In this way, you can for example ensure that if an implementation photo is rejected, a task is automatically created for the store. Once the task is completed, the status changes from “Disapproved” back to “Waiting For Approval,” giving you the opportunity to review the updated photo.

New Quant Home Section
The desktop version of Quant now features a new section called Quant Home, which is designed to make navigating Quant easier. It provides links to Manuals and Release Notes on our website, as well as recently edited items.
New Structure tab in the Store Editor
We have introduced a new tab called Structure in the Store Editor. This tab contains all the information about currently active layer and it allows the user to select one or more of the listed components.

Linking of Standalone planograms with Floorplans
Quant now offers the option of manually linking a standalone planogram to specific fixtures drawn in the Store Editor. This means that you can now create planograms before the store floor plans are finalised and link them later.

Crush Factor
Quant will now take into account the compressibility of products and their packaging, allowing for a more accurate assessment of the actual maximum shelf capacity. You can set the Crush factor as a specific percentage in the Package Measurements section under the Component tab on the right. The specified percentage represents the product's maximum possible compressibility. Quant only calculates and applies only the compression necessary to place the products.

Product Accessories
When creating planograms, you can now assign pushers, hooks, facers, splitters andprice tag holders to each product. These accessories can be configured in the new Product Accessories tab to match those used in your stores.

End of Support for Legacy PDF Exports & New PDF Design
With the introduction of the new PDF template module, which allows users to create export templates that precisely reflect each customer’s specific needs and brand, the original method for configuring PDF planograms and floor plans has been discontinued.
Quant PDF Design is a user-friendly interface that allows you to configure custom formatting and specify the individual components to be included in the final document, such as a planogram, planogram table, floor plan, fixtures, or custom components (PDF, image, or SVG).
