The Products section displays products that are placed on planograms. Here you can easily find a product, e.g. by ID, and find out whether it is placed in a waiting or implemented planogram.

The Products section can be divided into two tabs:

• • Active Store: Here you will find a list of products that are placed in the active store.
  • All Stores: Here you will find a list of all products that are placed in all stores assigned to the user.

You can decide to display only the table view from the Active Store tab for some user roles, so that the user cannot switch between tabs. However, both views may be useful for category managers, for example.

The Products section is further divided into subsections according to the planogram lifecycle states:

  • Waiting
  • Implemented
  • All Products

Active Store

This view of the Products section is very simple. It always shows the products located in the store. Here, for example, you can quickly find out whether the product is located in the waiting planogram and in which.

How to find out if a given product is placed, for example, in a waiting planogram in a specific store?

You need to find out if the product with ID 502216 is on any of the waiting planograms in the store.

1. In the Products - Waiting section in the Active Store tab, enter the product ID you are looking for (502216) in the search field.
2. The table shows you the occurrences of this product, if this product appears in any waiting planogram.
3. You can click on the Detail link and you will be redirected to the specific planogram of the store in which the product you are looking for is located.

All Stores

In this tab you can see all products occurring in all stores, eg in waiting planograms. In the In Stores column, you can see in how many stores this product appears.

If you click on the Detail link, you will be redirected to the next table which will show a detailed breakdown of the individual stores where the product occurs.

All tables in the Products section can be customized in the desktop application in the Web Settings / Placed Products Web Settings section. Here you can set, for example, which columns you want to display in the table or the order of the columns.

If you want to disable or enable the All Stores tab for some users, you can do so in the All Stores Placed Products tab in the Web Access properties.
