The manual import feature allows for bulk upload of historical store specific data (e.g., stock levels or stock on the way).

When importing data for a specific date, the system automatically merges the new data with any existing data. This means that only the values for the store–product combinations included in the import file will be updated. All other data will remain untouched.

To use this feature, you must have the Import Store Specific Product Data History permission enabled.

1. Preparing the file for import

You can prepare the data that should be imported in an Excel file that you can directly import to Quant.

The file must contain the unique Product ID, Store ID, and Date for which the information is intended. Each row represents one product in one particular store on one specific day.

In Analyses → Products → Standard Development, you will find the data that has been supplemented by this import.
