In Quant, it is possible to use a function of fixtures in stores reservation. This allows suppliers to determine on which fixture in the store they want to have their products displayed. In Quant, you can set which Fixture Types can be reserved by the supplier and for what fee. Suppliers can then reserve fixtures on Quant Web and choose which products they want to have displayed. When a supplier makes a reservation, it is first sent for approval. The supplier sees an overview of all his reservations on the web.

If you want a supplier to be able to reserve a particular fixture type, you must first check the For Reservation checkbox for a given fixture in the Fixture Types section, in the Properties tab .

Other reservation properties:

• All Stores Only: If the box is checked, the fixture can only be booked at all available stores at once. If the box is unchecked, the fixture can be reserved at each store separately (the supplier can only reserve fixtures for a few stores).
• Unit Monthly Fee: Here you fill in the monthly fee for reservation of one fixture.
• Reservable From Date: Here you can specify since when the fixture type can be reserved (e.g. from August 2024).

The supplier reserves the fixtures on the web. In the Reservations section, under the sub-section Reserve Fixtures, the supplier can see an overview of all the fixture types he can currently reserve.

Each row of the table represents one fixture type. In the columns, the supplier can then see all the months when the fixture types can be reserved, and can check the availability of the fixture type in these columns - it always shows how many fixtures in total are in the stores and how many are available for reservation.

How to reserve a fixture?

1. In the Reservations / Reserve Fixtures section, the supplier selects the row with the fixture type and clicks in the link for the month for which he wants to reserve the fixture.

1. Then in the first table, the supplier selects in which stores he wants to reserve the fixture in. If the checkboxes with stores are not available, then it is only possible to reserve the fixture in all stores and therefore it is not possible to select individual stores (see reservation setting All Stores Only).

1. In the next table, the supplier selects which products he wants to display in the fixture.
2. He fills in the note of the reservation.
3. He clicks on the Create Reservation button to send the reservation for approval.

The supplier can then see an overview of the reservations in the My Reservations subsection.

In the Reservations for Store sub-section, you can see what reservations have been created for the store that is currently active on the web.

Approval / Rejection of reservation

You can then see an overview of all reservations in Quant desktop in the Reservations section. It is possible to check the state of each reservation. You can approve or reject reservations that are in the Waiting for Approval state.

An overview of all reservations can be found in the table above. When you select a specific reservation, you can see which fixtures have been reserved and in which stores in the lower table.

The supplier can view an overview of all his reservations on the My Reservations section on the web and easily check if his reservations have been approved, rejected or are waiting for approval.

Clicking on the Reservation ID will redirect the supplier to the reservation detail, which shows what fixtures have been reserved to display which products. Also, the state of the reservation can be monitored here.
