Photo documentation in Quant is a very powerful tool that will make your work easier and more efficient in many ways. Thanks to photo documentation, you can significantly reduce the number of necessary trips to stores. On the Quant website, you have the Photos section which collects all the uploaded photos. For example, you can see what photos have recently been uploaded by stores, or view a photo library for a specific store.  

The Photos menu is further divided into two sections:

• Recent Photos = the last uploaded photos from any store are displayed here.
• Store Photos = all photos uploaded by the store are displayed here.

All photos are sorted chronologically from the most recently uploaded photo to the oldest photo. So you will always see the latest photos in the first positions.

Recent Photos

Below each photo, you can see useful information such as:

• the name of the store to which the photo was uploaded
• the person who uploaded the photo
• day when the photo was uploaded

Photo information

The following buttons are available for photos:

• Download = downloads the photo to your computer.
• Show in Floor Plan = redirects you to the floor plan and highlights the fixture in the floor plan to which the photo is uploaded.
• Show in planogram = redirects you to the planogram to which the photo is recorded.
• Rotate 90° = rotates the photo 90°.
• Delete = deletes the photo.

Buttons

The Show in Floor Plan button is active only if the photo is associated with the fixture in the floor plan. The Show in planogram button is active only if it is a photo of the implementation. Thanks to them, you can quickly find out what fixture the photo was uploaded to, or compare the photo with a planogram.
