Quant helps JPServis to manage 5 store chains seamlessly

Martina Pokorná, Category Specialist from JPServis, which  has been our client since 2022 and uses Quant to optimally plan their retail space and create planograms, shared her experience with Quant during this year's QuantCON. We were interested to know what features are among the most popular or how she uses the different planogram projects.

JPServis manages 5 retail networks of more than 50 shops, kiosks and cafes. The group includes Minit bakeries, Momento cafés and Pont To Go stores. The product lines of their store chains are therefore different, which brings certain challenges in terms of retail planning. However, Quant is well equipped to handle these challenges easily.

Managing multiple stores with different assortments in Quant can be easy and efficient. Quant offers the option to split all of the stores into projects and include only relevant products for each store type. JPServis also saves time thanks to our intelligent store specific planograms, because even their very diverse stores often use the same product category, meaning the category only needs to be set up once in Quant. A very useful tool when managing multiple store chains can also be the Placed Products Overview analysis, which offers different views on the inventory of the selected stores – one, or even all of the stores you manage. This makes it easy to get the exact data you need for your management decisions.
