Looking back at 2024
In 2024, we successfully built on the record growth of the previous year and leveraged that momentum to make significant advancements in several key areas.
Record Growth
A total of 26 new companies joined the Quant family and many of our existing customers chose to expand their relationships with us. As a result, the total value of long-term subscriptions for Quant increased by almost 50%, significantly surpassing last year's record.
Quant is now the tool of choice for over 120 companies across 48 countries and our team welcomed 13 new colleagues in the past year. The number of stores managed within Quant is rapidly approaching 20,000.
New Features and Modules
We deeply value our daily interactions with customers, through which we receive insightful feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. Quant is becoming a key tool for many of our clients, often replacing CAD tools thanks to its efficiency and focus on retail specifics.
We have also achieved significant progress in automation of the store-specific planogram creation using rules and their automatic daily updates reflecting product availability and the need to introduce new products.
Several companies have successfully implemented Quant's Demand Planning module, which offers valuable synergy with our widely used Space Planning solution. Orders are automatically generated based on accurate demand forecasts, respecting capacities defined by planograms and promotional schedules.
The larger businesses among our client base have been very pleased with Quant's Single Sign-On (SSO) support via Microsoft Entra accounts, providing them with more efficient user management within the platform as well as enhanced security measures.
The latest version of Shelf Image Recognition module has been particularly impactful when it comes to verifying planogram compliance.
In total, we implemented over 300 new features and updates last year.
Case Studies
In 2024, we published three new case studies:
- Cinemark, one of the largest multiplex cinema chains in the US and Quant user since 2022, uses our solutions for its stores that are a part of each multiplex.
- Rakennuskemia, a Finnish manufacturer of construction, renovation and home care products, has adopted Quant from 2023 to create planograms.
- Longdan, one of the largest Asian food store chains in the UK and a Quant customer since 2021.
We are pleased that Quant's customer base includes numerous businesses that share their positive experiences with our platform through reviews on portals such as G2, SourceForge, and Capterra. These reviews are one of the factors that consistently position Quant at the forefront of the industry, as reflected in the reports of these companies.
QuantCON and conferences
QuantCON 2024 was held again in a conference format at the Port Hotel at the shore of Mácha Lake. We had the pleasure of hosting a record number of attendees, offering a comprehensive retail-oriented program consisting of lectures, case studies, and specialized workshops.
This year, Petr Kavánek, CEO of Quant Retail, presented unique method of creating planograms using Planogram rules and artificial intelligence during the main program of the Retail Summit conference and outlined the possibilities of semi-automatic optimization of store layouts at the Retail in Detail conference.
In Conclusion...
The year 2024 marked a significant turning point for our company, particularly given our success in securing tenders from prominent chain retailers with hundreds of stores.
We were able to significantly strengthen our team and make substantial investments in infrastructure.
In addition to our well-established data centers in the Czech Republic, we have expanded our infrastructure with the addition of Digital Realty MRS2 in France and Digital Realty SIN10 in Singapore. These strategic investments have significantly improved Quant's availability and performance in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
We are grateful for the trust, collaboration, and inspiration our customers have shown, all of which has contributed to making Quant the leading platform for unified space and demand planning.
