If you already have a planogram prepared and want it to be displayed on the store web portal, you need to publish it. You can publish planograms directly from the Planogram Editor. At the bottom in the Published Planograms tab, mark the planograms you want to publish in the table and then publish them to the selected lifecycle state using the button. In the Lifecycle tab (top left), you can view an overview of the life cycle states of the selected planogram.

Planograms are usually published to the Waiting state. This state means that the planogram is prepared for implementation and that the store staff must display the goods according to it by a certain date (implementation date).

You can access the Quant Web interface via a link available in Quant in the menu Help / Quant Web  or on the Dashboard.

After logging into the Quant Web, the store will see the fixtures highlighted in red, which indicates that the planogram for these fixtures is in Waiting state and the store must therefore implement it.

Clicking on the fixtures in the floor plan will display the planogram page. Once the staff at the store has displayed the goods according to the planogram, they click on the Confirm button and the planogram changes its state from Waiting to Implemented. It will no longer be highlighted with a red triangle on the floor plan.
