Notificaciones sobre productos no disponible

Notifications are used to inform the user about changes in stock levels. If non-zero stock levels are changed to zero, this is considered the start of an out of stock; if zero stock levels are changed to non-zero, this is considered the end of an out of stock.

In the Notifications / Notification settings section, you can set up two notifications for changes in stock levels:

  • Out of Stock Start informing that there has been a change from a non-zero stock to zero (stockout).
  • Out of Stock End - informing that there has been a change from zero stock to non-zero stock (stocking).

How to set up the notification?

  1. Click on the  New button in Notification / Notifications Settings section.
  2. Select Out of Stock Start or Out of Stock End notification from the list.
  3. The new notification will appear in the table. You can set its design in editor after opening it via Open button.

Adding a Notification about Change in Stock Level

Criteria
  • Only Planogram Products
    • Marked: The notification only informs about products that are placed in the planograms of the given store. With this option, at least one planogram state must be checked (prepared, waiting, implemented).
    • Unmarked: The notification also informs about products that are not included in the planograms for the given store.
  • Product Set - Here you can set a filter for products that notifications should inform you about (e.g., all products, products from a specific category, or from a specific supplier).
  • Prepared / Waiting / Implemented - If you check the Only Planogram Products box, you must select which planogram states should be taken into account here.

Variables
  • Link to Quant Web App

Variables

The following image shows an example of what both notifications (Out of Stock Start and Out of Stock End) may look like.

Out of Stock Start and End

Notifications are sent every five minutes if there has been a change in stock. This means that if stock is changed in bulk by import, the user will receive a notification within 5 minutes with information which products are out of stock (Out of Stock Start) and which products have been restocked (Out of Stock End).

Notifications about changes in stock levels are always sent separately for each store, so if the user has multiple stores assigned and there is a change in stock levels at two different stores, e.g. London and Brighton, they will receive two emails. The first will contain an overview of stock level changes for the London store, with a table listing the products that are out of stock or have been restocked at the London store, and the second email will inform about the Brighton store.
