É possível editar em massa várias versões de camadas ao mesmo tempo. Você pode definir uma data de início diferente para elas, mover ou duplicar várias versões de camada de uma camada para outra ou remover várias versões de camada.

As versões de camada podem ser editadas em massa na seção Lojas, na subseção Versões de camadas.

Você pode editar em massa os seguintes itens:

1. Editar o nome ou a data de início das versões de camada
2. Mover versões de camada de uma camada do plano para outra
3. Duplicar versões de camada de uma camada no plano para outra camada no plano
4. Excluir versões de camada

Using this button, you can bulk-edit the following properties of several layer versions:

• Name of the layer version

• Start Date

How to bulk-change the Name of the layer version or Start Date?

1. Select the layer version for which you wish to make changes.
2. Click on the Edit Marked button.
3. Select the attribute that you wish to change for the selected layer versions.
4. In the New Value row write in the new value of the selected attribute.
5. Click on Ok.

Move button

Thanks to this button you can move, for example, the entire layer version with all items of equipment that are part of this layer version from one layer to a different one. Such a modification is possible also in the Store Editor but in the Stores - Versions of Layers section you can make it for several layer versions at once.

You have found out that in all stores you have equipment drawn in the Active layer but such a state of the store corresponds only to the seasonal arrangement of racks. You would like to move all items of equipment from the “Active” layer to the “Summer” layer.

How to move the layer versions from one layer to a different layer?

1. Select the layer versions that you wish to move from one layer of the floorplan to a different one.
2. Click on the Move button.
3. In the newly appearing window select the layer to which you wish to move the selected layer versions.
4. Click on Ok.

Duplicate button

The Duplicate button allows the same layer version located in the A layer to be created in the B layer. This means that the layer version will be retained in the A layer and will also be created in the B layer. Such a modification is also possible in the Store Editor but in the Stores – Versions of Layers section you can make it for several layer versions at once.

In the Active layer in version “1” the floorplan is drawn. However, for the summer season you wish to draw the floorplan that will also include equipment with seasonal goods in all stores. For this purpose you can duplicate the layer version “1” from the Active layer to the Summer layer in all stores not to have to perform this action in each store separately. Then you will add the equipment for seasonal goods to the Summer layer in all stores.

How to bulk-duplicate versions from one layer to a different one?

1. Indicate the layer versions that you wish to duplicate.
2. Click on the Duplicate button.
3. In the window select the layer to which you wish to duplicate the selected layer versions.
4. The Keep Original checkbox for the Name and Start Date rows is selected as a default setting. If you deselect the checkbox, both rows will become activated and you can write the needed values in them.
5. Click on Ok.

If you have old layer versions in the stores that you no longer need, here you can bulk-delete them.

How to remove several layer versions at once?  

1. Indicate the layer versions that you wish to remove.
2. Click on the Remove button.

The selected layer version can also be checked in the Store Editor. It is not necessary to go to the Stores tab and here try to find the respective store. It is too complicated. Instead, you can select the layer version that you need to see in the store and click on the Show in Store button. Quant will forward you to the Store Editor to the layer version that you select in the table.

If you are working in the Store Editor and also making changes in the layer versions, then if you wish to have the changes reflected in the table in the Stores – Versions of Layers section without having to restart Quant, you must click on the Update button.
