How to find out in which actions the selected product is included in?

Has it ever happened to you that the product on the SEL had a different price than you would have expected? The possible reason for that was that the product might have been included in an action. But how can you effectively and quickly find out without having to check one action after another?

We have a simple solution!

Recently, the Actions tab has been redesigned. We have added criteria to the left. You can use these criteria to search for actions in which the selected product is included on a specific date and in a specific store.

Example:

Product Emental with Nuts (ID 100051) has a different price than we would expect in store Prague on April 15, 2019. We suspect that this product might be included in an action, but we are not sure in which one.

How to proceed in this situation?

1. Go to the Actions tab. 

2. In the Criteria/Basic section on the left, click into the Date field and set April 15, 2019.

3. Click into the Products field and select a product with ID 100051 in the newly opened window.

4. Click into the Stores field and select the store Prague in the newly opened window.

5. Only actions that meet the set criteria will appear in the bottom table.
