Looking back at Retail Summit 2025

Another year of the largest retail conference focused on the retail sector in Central Europe the Retail Summit 2025 is behind us and we are pleased to be part of it again as a gold partner of the event.

This year's theme was "Heart for Innovation" and the conference covered topics such as technology in retail, the use of artificial intelligence, innovation in various retail sectors and automation.

Miroslav Randáček, Merchandising & Category Manager, Lagardère Travel Retail, also spoke in the Retail Management section, sharing his experience with the use of Quant in the Relay chain of stores. Petr Kavánek, CEO of Quant Retail, also joined the subsequent panel discussion.

At our stand, we had the opportunity to discuss what challenges are other attendees solving within their sector as well as introducing the diverse range of solutions that the Quant platform represents. 

Among the most discussed topics was the creation of planograms in non-unified networks with a highly variable assortment. We had the opportunity to demonstrate live the creation of planograms using templates and rules, automatic updates of planograms addressing out of stocks and new product introductions, quality control of the implementation using shelf image recognition, and also importing store floor plans from DWG and then solving the rebuilds directly in Quant.
