- Overview of developments over the past year – Nikola Popílková, Quant Retail
Introducing new features and concepts is one of the main goals of Quant CON. You can look forward to plenty of tips and tricks that will make your daily work easier.
- QPLN – Convenient Sharing of Planograms Among Companies – Renata Dohnalová, Quant Retail
Do you need to share planograms across different Quant instances? For example, within a multinational group or with suppliers? Our new QPLN format offers an elegant solution.

4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Komodor Main Hall
- Planograms from A to Z – Michaela Voženílková, Quant Retail
Different teams have different needs when creating planograms. Sometimes the main emphasis is on the visual aspect, other times on the highest possible level of automation. Sometimes it’s necessary to start with a planogram, other times with a store floor plan. Quant strives to be sufficiently flexible and support all popular approaches. Over the past year, we’ve significantly expanded the capabilities for working with standalone planograms, which can now be conveniently linked to floor plans. We’ve added the long-awaited auto-save feature to projects, significantly improving collaboration among multiple users.
- New Planogram Compliance Module – Petr Kavánek, Quant Retail
Creating planograms involves a tremendous amount of work. The goal is to improve the customer experience, implement business strategies, and align merchandising with logistics—but all of this comes in vein if planograms are not implemented correctly. Over the past year, we have significantly improved the process of monitoring planogram implementation in Quant, including the use of artificial intelligence. This has resulted in a new, comprehensive planogram compliance module.

- Demand Planning and Forecasting – Pavla Řehořová, Quant Retail
How do you order the right products at the right time and in the right quantities? Quant’s demand planning module generates orders in automatic or semi-automatic mode based on advanced forecasts. It respects planograms and supports both orders from a central warehouse and direct orders. Each category and supplier can have its own specific settings. This is one of the fastest-growing modules within our platform.
- SSO, MS EventHub, and Rest API Updates – Alice Tučková, Quant Retail
Integrating Quant with other systems is crucial for maximizing our platform’s potential. Over the past year, we’ve introduced several significant updates in this area:
– SSO using MS Entra
– data transfers directly from MS EventHub
– enhancements to the REST API with several new endpoints
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Group lunch

- What’s New in Automatic Planogram Updates – Petra Göbelová, Quant Retail
Weeks of work preparing planograms for the new season and their successful implementation in stores unfortunately often do not guarantee success, especially if we cannot ensure the availability and sufficient stock of all products at all stores. Quant offers an effective automated solution for micro-adjustments to planograms, which has proven successful not only for customers with highly dynamic product ranges—such as fashion and electronics—but also in pharmacies, for example. The main new features this year are:
– automatic adjustment of facings based on current inventory levels, which perfectly complements the automatic substitution of unavailable products
– integration of planned substitutions with automatic replenishment
– reverse substitutions enabling the inclusion of new products in planograms
– temporary substitutions and consideration of sales performance within the substitution score
- Benefits of Automatic Planogram Updates – Ivor Gogál, Dr.Max Holding SK
Ivor Gogál, Dr.Max Holding SK, will share the practical benefits of implementing automatic planogram updates within integrated space planning and his experience with many years of using Quant in the largest pharmacy chain in Slovakia.
3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Coffee break
4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Main Hall Komodor
- DWG Finally with “1 Click” – Denisa Urbanová, Quant Retail
Although we have been working on supporting the DWG format for several years, the progress we have made in this area over the past year is truly enormous, and you can finally import DWG into Quant with “1 click.” Plus, in an editable format. If you have DWG store plans but haven’t used them in Quant yet, be sure not to miss this workshop.
- Macro Space Planning for Advanced Users – Lenka Schmeidlerová, Quant Retail
How do you set up advanced controls when creating store layouts? For example, ensuring that an important category is no more than 2 meters away from the main aisle? How can you maximize sales potential and standardize the customer experience? This specialized workshop will provide answers to these questions and many other tips for managing retail spaces.

- Quant Helpdesk and Task Management – Petra Malínek, Quant Retail
An increasing number of our customers are implementing Quant Task Management as an internal help desk solution for stores and as an effective task assignment tool. A major advantage is the ability to create tasks linked to specific elements on store floor plans, such as racks, shelves, or products. This year’s main new features include private comments, new contexts, and more flexible filter definitions.
