Categories in Automatic Replenishment
In the Categories or Category Store Settings menu, you can use the Automatic Replenishment and Automatic Replenishment Definition fields to select the stores and categories for which orders should be created. At the same time, you can specify the Minimum Days Reserves and Maximum Days Reserves for each category.

Order attributes for category
Automatic Replenishment
If you want to start creating orders, you must enable the Automatic Replenishment attribute in the main parent category or only in selected categories.
Automatic Replenishment Definition
This attribute allows you to specify the category from which the set attributes for orders should be taken. This is because a single product may be assigned to multiple categories, but for orders it is necessary to select the main category, otherwise the settings will be taken from a random product category.

Ordering Strategy
You can set two ordering strategies:
- Standard - default setting, the suggested volume respects both current stock and stock on the way.
- Super Fresh - product stock is not taken into account when calculating orders. Super Fresh is suitable for products with a short shelf life, such as baked goods, fruit, or vegetables.

Min and Max Days Reserve
This attribute sets the Minimum Days Reserve and Maximum Days Reserve, which are converted to basic units based on historical sales to determine the Min and Max for orders. The Days Reserve represents the number of days the stock should last.
For more information about this attribute, see Min and Max Values.
Allowed Excess of Maximum
There may be cases where, due to minimum ordering volume or multiplies, you want to order more than the calculated Max order value. On the other hand, it does not make sense to order products that sell poorly and whose ordering will result in excess inventory for several months.
Lollipops are sold in packs of 100, so the Minimum Ordering Volume is 100. We have set a Maximum Days Reserve of 30 days for this category. According to forecasts, 50 pieces will be sold in 30 days, so the MAX order is 50 pieces. In this case, in order for the lollipops to be ordered, the Allowed Excess of Maximum must be set to at least 200 %. If the value is lower, the lollipops will not be suggested to order.

Max Increase and Max Reduction of Suggested Volume
You can use these attributes to restrict stores from modifying the suggested volume. The value is given as a percentage and indicates the percentage by which the store can enter an approved volume that is higher or lower than the suggested volume.
Max Increase and Max Decrease of Suggested Volume
Min and Max Volume
Enter the fixed Min and Max Volume in the basic units.
For more information about this attribute, see Min and Max Values.
Max Coefficient
You can also define the maximum ordering volume using the Max Coefficient, as a multiple of MIN.
For example, if the Min Volume is 10 pieces and the Max Volume is not filled in, but only the Max Coefficient is 1.5, then the Max of order will be 15 pieces (Max=1.5 * MIN).

Min Backstock Priority
You can use the Min Backstock Priority to specify which products should be ordered for the backstock. If you select the Not Placed Backstock Products option in Order types, all products that have a Backstock Priority set on the planogram that is lower than or equal to the specified Min Backstock Priority for the category will be included in the orders.
