Notes on web
You can visualize different types of notes on the web. These are notes on the fixture and on the published planogram, and a composite note that relates to the publication of the planogram and can also be added to the PDF export.
Planogram Note
The Planogram Note can be shown or hidden for the Waiting, Prepaired, or Implemented lifecycle. You must always publish the planogram to display it on the web.
The note can be visible both in the Detail tab of the planogram itself and in the Fixture view of the store floor plan.
The planogram note is created in the desktop in the Project Editor under the Template tab. If blank, this field may be hidden on the web. The parent value in the Public Note row is defined in the Project properties.
Fixture Note
In addition to the planogram note, the fixture note can visible on web. The note can be visible both in the Detail tab of the planogram itself and in the Fixture view of the Floor plan.
This note is visible on the web immediately after it is saved in the Store Editor.
Composite note
A composite note combines the fixture note and the planogram note, if they are filled in. This note is linked to the published planogram. If the fixture note is filled in when the planogram is published, this composite note will be unchanged even if the fixture note changes after publication.
If a note display option is included in the PDF export, the merged note will also be displayed in the PDF export.
To show or hide individual notes on the store web and to set them up in detail for different user roles or planogram states, please contact our Support team.
