The Products on the web section can take two different forms and it is up to you whether you want to use them both or whether you want to have the same structure of this tab for all user roles. Usually, category managers can also have a table where they can quickly find out in which stores the product is located.

A view for store managers

This view of the Products section is very simple. It always shows the products located in the store. Here, for example, the store manager can quickly find out whether the product is located in the waiting planogram and in which.

How to find out if a given product is placed, for example, in a waiting planogram in a specific store?

You need to find out if the product with ID 100036 is on any of the waiting planograms in the store.

1. In the Products - Waiting section, enter the product ID you are looking for (100036) in the search field.
2. The table shows you the occurrences of this product, if this product appears in any waiting planogram.
3. You can click on the Planogram link in the Go To column and you will be redirected to the specific planogram of the store in which the product you are looking for is located.

A view for category managers

The structure of the Products section for category managers may be different. The category manager sees all products occurring in all stores, eg in waiting planograms. In the In Stores column, you can see in how many stores this product appears.

If you click on the Product link in the Go To column, it will be redirected to the next table which will show a detailed breakdown of the individual stores where the product occurs.

It is up to you which structure of the Products section will suit you better. You don't have to use the category manager view at all. If you choose not to use this view, you will only see the products appearing on the planograms of the store you are currently viewing.

How to find out in which stores the product is located?

We need to find out in which stores the product with ID 100037 is located in the waiting planograms.

1. In the Products - Waiting section, enter the product ID you are looking for (100037) in the search field.
2. Click on the Product link in the Go To column. You will see a list of all stores where the product is located in the waiting planograms.
