All products occurring, for example, in all pending planograms can be easily exported on the web interface. Products placed in planograms are available in the Products section.

The products are further divided into several sections according to the state of the life cycle:

• Prepared = A list of all products that are placed in the prepared planograms is displayed here. Prepared products will not be made available if the given user role does not have prepared planograms made available.
• Waiting = A list of all products that are placed in waiting planograms is displayed here.
• Implemented = A list of all products that are located in the implemented planograms is displayed here.
• All Products = A list of all products will be displayed here according to the product filter that we can set for you. It does not matter whether the products are placed in planograms or not. From this list, for example, you can add to the cart the price tag of a product that is not placed in the planograms, but for some reason appears in the store.

Table with products

In the table with products it is possible to display various information about products according to your preferences.

In the Info column, you can see various pictograms from which you can quickly read useful information. You can find the individual pictograms and their explanations in the Product Pictograms manual.

In the Go to column, you can click two different links:

• Planogram = redirects you to the planogram in which the product is located and highlights it in the planogram.
• Floor plan = redirects you to the floorplan and highlights the fixture where the product is located.

Links in table

If you mark a product or products in the table, the Add SELs to Basket button will become active and you can add price tags of marked products to the cart and print them.

By clicking on the XLSX button, you can download an Excel file that will contain all the products in the spreadsheet. You can download, for example, all products that are located in the waiting planograms in the store.

Above the table you will also find a search field in which you can write, for example, the ID or product name or another attribute and find the product. You can easily find out, for example, whether the product you are looking for is located in the waiting planogram of the store.

Buttons and search field

The Products section can take two different forms depending on whether it is displayed to store managers or category managers. The structure described above is common for store managers. For category managers, it is possible to display a more complex structure, from which it can easily find out, for example, at how many and in which stores the product you are looking for is in the waiting planogram and the like.
