Keyboard Shortcuts in the Project editor

In this manual you will find an overview of the shortcuts used in the Project Editor. Working with these shortcuts will considerably speed up your work in Quant.

Quant shortcuts use basic keyboard elements for both Apple and Windows.

Hide Quant

Minimizes Quant as well as all other windows related to Quant.
Hide others

Minimizes all opened windows with the exception of those related to Quant.
Quit Quant

Exits Quant and closes all relevant windows.
Quant Explorer 
⌥ + ⌘ + E
Ctrl + Alt + E
Opens the window of the Quant Explorer.
Save

Ctrl + S
Saves all changes made in the project.
Sales Data Setting
⌥ + ⌘ + W
Ctrl +Alt + W
A new window opens where sales data for a given project can be set.

Check Project

Ctrl + K
Checks the project according to the settings in the Project/ Warnings tab and then whether the restricted products aren’t placed. If a problem is found, it is indicated by the coloring of the hierarchy on the right, where the problematic planograms are colored.

Ctrl + U
Updates a given project.
Vertical Layout
⇧ + ⌘ + H
Ctrl + Shift + H
Changes the arrangement of individual sections of the Project Editor.
Show Delta Planogram
⌘ + G
Ctrl + G
In the planogram preview, symbols that show what changes have been made to the planogram compared to the planogram that is in the Implemented state are displayed.

A new window with a displayed 3D preview of the given planogram opens.

A new window with photos assigned to given equipment opens.

Products Placed In:
Using this setting you can manage products highlighted in green in the bottom table containing products (which are placed in the planogram).

Highlights products placed in the given equipment.
- Multi-equipment
⌥ + ⌘ + B
Ctrl + Alt + B
Highlights products placed in the entire Multi-Equipment.

Highlights products placed in at least one planogram of a given store.

Highlight:
Using this setting various groups of products can be highlighted in the planogram.

Products to be replenished will be highlighted.
- Product Groups

Highlights various groups of products. The groups are created based on the Group By criterion that is set in the Menu/Tools/ Planogram Overview in the Placed Product Groups tab.

A new window opens where detailed information on a given planogram is available. For example, a table with placed/not placed products, evaluation of products based on replenishment or the Shelves Overview analysis can be seen here.

Planogram Comparison

A new window will appear where two planograms can be compared. The planograms are pasted by the Paste button found under the planogram preview (they can be copied in the Lifecycle tab in the Project Editor).

Undoes the change that has just been made in the template.
Redo

Ctrl + Y
Repeats the change that has just been made in the template.
Copy

Ctrl + C
Copies a displayed planogram (the respective products from the template). This shortcut can be used directly on the page with the template of a given planogram.
Paste    
⌘ + V
Ctrl + V
Pastes the copied products into the template. This shortcut can be used directly on the page with the template of a given planogram to which the copied products are to be pasted.
Append
⇧ + ⌘ + V
Ctrl + Shift + V
Pastes the copied planogram to the right of the original planogram – the template will thus include both products placed in the original planogram (on the left) and products placed in the copied planogram (on the right).
Local Template
⌥ + ⌘ + L
Ctrl + Alt + L
Switches between the global and local templates.
Import CSV planogram
⌘ + I
Ctrl + I
A new window opens where you can select a CSV file with the planogram that is then imported to Quant.
Previous Equipment

Shift + Left
The previous equipment of a given store is displayed.
Next Equipment
 + →
Shift + Right
The next equipment of a given store is displayed.
Edit  
⌘ + E
Ctrl + E
You will be redirected to the Store Editor where you can see the floorplan of the store that is displayed in the Project Editor. If you come to the conclusion that some equipment in the store being edited in the Project Editor should be edited, this is a shortcut to go to the Store Editor. If when editing a chosen planogram you use this shortcut, the equipment concerned will be highlighted in the Store Editor and you will be able to edit it directly.

Shortcuts in the Toolbar

In the toolbar you will find all the actions that are related to the planogram and it is advisable to master them to speed up the work.

Rotates the selected block by 90° clockwise.
Set Top Nesting

Sets the type of nesting Nest Top.
Set Back Nesting

Sets the type of nesting Nest Back.
Switch Back Stock

Selects the Back Stock check box for the selected block.
Switch Accented

Selects the Accented check box for the selected block and frames the selected product in the planogram preview.

Suggest Replacement

A new window will appear where an replacement to the respective product can be selected. Products in this window are designed based on requirements set in Quant/Categories/Properties/ Replacements.

This combination allows a cell to be copied in any table in Quant and pasted via Cmd (Ctrl) + V where you need it..
Deselect

Selects the highlighted rows in the table (several rows can be selected by holding Cmd (Ctrl) pressed and clicking on a given row). This can be used for example for the selection of planograms in the Life Cycle table.
