Signs in the Template
Blocks in the Template can be marked with various signs. Each sign has a specific meaning and provides information about a particular property of the block.
This manual will guide you through all the signs in the Template and their meanings.
Sign of Priority Level
A sign indicating the priority level of the block is displayed in the upper left corner of the block. There are three types of priority levels, each level represented by a different color:
- Optional priority level - Green
- Required priority level - Orange
- Fixed priority level - Blue
Types of Priority Level
In the Component tab, you can adjust the Priority Level of the block property. This setting will be reflected in the template with a black border around the sign.
Adjusted Priority Level
Products with Actions set in branch-specific planograms may have a preset priority level in the Actions section. If the priority level set in the Product properties is different from the priority level set in the Action, this will also be reflected in the template sign showing the priority level. The sign will consist of two parts:
- Outside border - the original product priority level set in the product properties in the Products section
- Inner square - the priority level set in the Actions section

Signs of Advanced Block Properties
In the Component tab under Advanced section, two block properties can be set which will also be reflected in the template sign:
- Backstock if Not Placed - can also be activated with a separate icon above the planogram template
Backstock if Not PlacedPrevent Planogram Placement - crossed out product with a cross in the upper right corner

Signs for Nested Blocks
When a block is nested, a frame with a number will appear in the bottom-right corner of the template. If the frame color is white, it means that the nested blocks are placed. If the frame color is red, the nested blocks contain unplaced products. The number in the frame indicates the total number of blocks at the given position - for example, a frame with the number 4x means that there is one face block and three nested products (1 + 3 = 4).

Modified Package Measurements
When modified dimensions are set in the Component tab, an orange border will appear around the relevant block in the template.

Product Does Not Belong to the Category
If a block with a different category than the fixture is inserted into the template, an orange category sign will appear in the upper right corner of the block.

Repeating Block
If the same block is inserted multiple times into the template, a brown product icon symbolising the duplicate product will appear in the upper right corner. This sign will be displayed both for the original product and for the newly inserted product, which is identical to the original one.

Unplaced Block
If a block is not placed in the planogram for some reason, it will be crossed out with a red line in the template. Hovering over a block with the mouse will display a tooltip explaining the reason for the block's non-placement.
Non-placement in the planogram can be represented either by a single crossed out line or by a double crossed out line. A single crossed out line will appear for blocks with an optional priority level, and a double crossed out line will appear for blocks with a required and fixed priority level. Non-placement of these blocks is considered a more serious issue because these are the products we want to place in the planogram.
Unplaced Blocks
Block with Negative Margin
By setting a negative block margin in the Component tab, you can achieve an overlap of the block over the shelf or other products. In this case, a warning sign with a yellow exclamation mark will appear in the upper right corner of the block in the template.
