Export Product Store Data to CSV
Exporting product store data to CSV allows automatic export of product store data from Quant to the FTPS server. Through this export, a CSV file with selected products at selected stores can be exported on a regular basis, along with additional product information such as primary product ID, store ID, basic sales price, stock, etc.
1. FTPS Setting
First, you can create a folder on FTPS into which a CSV file will be uploaded e.g. export_product_store_data. However, if you set up the export correctly, the folder will be created on the FTP site automatically under the name you fill in the settings in the Primary Server Path property.
2. Automatic Task Settings
In Automatic Tasks, create a new automatic task Export Product Store Data to CSV.
Export Product Data to CSV
Before starting the export, you need to edit the following attributes on the Settings tab:
- Check the Enabled attribute to enable the task.
- In the CSV Exportable Product Store Attribute Mapping row, select the attributes you want to export to CSV and set a name for them that appears as the column name in the CSV. More detailed procedure here.
- Fill in the Address (Primary Server) line with "ftp.extech.eu", your Username (Primary Server) and Password (Primary Server) for the FTPS server.
- Fill in the Server Path (Primary Server) line with the name of the folder where you have the imported file stored on your FTP.
